We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform policies that may affect our services.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

If you provide us with content (text, images, data) for use in our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you provide.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloom Marketing Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question during the three months preceding the claim.

We make no guarantees regarding results from our marketing services, including but not limited to follower growth, engagement rates, or advertising performance.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bloom Marketing Group, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or applicable platform policies, without prior notice. You may also terminate your use of our services at any time by notifying us in writing.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the “Last Updated” date accordingly.
